how do you unlock a motorola e815 with verizon as carrier?

i got it from verizon but they block all the features on the phone such as mp3 player. how do i get past their block?

If the phone keypad itself is locked then you need the security code, which is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

If you are referring to unlocking a phone that you just purchased a phone (like from ebay or somewhere other than verizon), then you need to call verizon and give them the code # specific to your phone and they can immediately unlock it for your use.

you have to purchase an unlock code from verizon or do a internet search for unlock codes for verizon e815. Either way you will have to purchase it.
