the songs i bought through itunes skips in the middle of the song and goes straight to a new track or just stops completely
i went to best buy, and the apple store and the customer service was terrible, should i just mail it to the repair serivce or should try and reason with them to give me a new one

get it checked bye some one who really nows what there doing if you really want it fixed take it back to the store and demand for a new one

is there a way you can call the repair service and ask them? tell them what happened and ask if they can fix it, if so for how much and if you can get a new one if they cant
