I tired to find these files manually by searching for the name it is system volume information and cannot be found. Is there any way to get rid of theses files? I also tried to defragment it 10 times already.

I have a Windows based PC, but I am purchasing an iMac. I have hundreds of videos on my PC that are all Media Player videos. I'm not going to buy the Mac if i'm going to loose all my videos. Is their a program that can play the videos? Will they be automatically converted to some other video format?

It seems to me malicious in the sense that i cannot get rid of the program. It no longer shows in the cache of software programs in the control panel, but its still running as a quick link on the tool bar- and the program is still fully functional.

How the hell do I get rid of this thing?

My MIL dl'd it and it keeps telling her the computer is at risk blah blah blah, but she has a top of the line anti malware, virus, and so on program and the computer is BRAND NEW. Whatever it is we dont want it on here.

I downloaded a TV series today and the files have come through as .bin files, which I have learnt I need to convert. I have tried to download vdcgear but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how I can watch my download? Also I'm running on vista, in case it makes any difference! Thanks!

Hi, I need to convert a powerpoint show to a video (.wmv). There are many programs that do it but they leave a watermak like"Made by PPT2DVD". Is there a way do it without a watermark. I've done it before and it works but I forgot how to do it. Thanks!

P.S. Please make converting it FREE!

space. My lap top should support that easy since it was expensive and is new. I think it has 512 MB ram. I just deleted about a 1000 MB in pics trying to free up space. I dont understand all the bytes stuff. The game also says I need a video card for graphics but I dont think i need one when my comp. already has really good graphics. HELP!!

Which do you think is better? I want to make graphics (Backgrounds, banners, art) for a bit of webdesigning, and maybe some Art too.(fanart, etc)
Which is easier to use? Is photoshop really worth the $600+?

i am trying to find out which laptop is better for my daughter!
she LOVES horses and has many horse games so i am trying to find a laptop that she can play all her horse computer games.

I am a model and I did a shoot I put the CD in to look at the pictures and it is saying that there is nothing on D Drive when I know that they are on there because they come up on any other computer but mine. HELP!!!!!! They are raw huge files could it be my computer can't handel them???

Every time i try to install a program i get this message,"Could not load the DLL library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEl 32.dll. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.". I am running windows ME. I don't have any money to spend. Any solution or any idea to what would cause this. I am pretty good with computers.

It needs to be really stealthy and unseen. I want the logs sent to my e-mail and if possible I need to be able to control that computer from my computer. Such as if I install this software onto a computer I can click a button on my computer and it will shut up his/her computer. I'm typing a research paper in MICROSOFT WORD. Ok like I was typing and I looked up and saw a mistake. When I went back to fix it every thing after it was being erased by what I was typing. I am trying to install Ubuntu on my PC, and I know I have to burn Ubuntu files onto a blank disk.
But which files do I burn to the disk? The entire folder? I just dont understand.

I'm looking for a good photoshop or photo editor that is easy to use. Some things that I want in it is a rotoscope like tool that will do it by itself. Also I want it to change some of my pictures to black and white but leave a place of color (like the eyes on a face shot) for contrast. If it is free than that's better. I would acatually prefer if it is free.

I have done all the recommended checks - anti-virus, spy ware etc, i have used cleanup and crap remover, taken off programs not used often...everything I can think off but it is still SLOW!!! Other than adding extra memory (which I am looking into) is there anything else that can be suggested? Its really annoying.
I am toying with taking it to somewhere like PC World and asking them to look at it and sort it but that is a last resort.
Its not old...only had it 2 years, and all it is really used for is MSN, Face book and photos and there aren't many of them.
Any useful advise would be most welcome. Thanks........
