It needs to be really stealthy and unseen. I want the logs sent to my e-mail and if possible I need to be able to control that computer from my computer. Such as if I install this software onto a computer I can click a button on my computer and it will shut up his/her computer. Can anyone give me a download link or a name of any good spy software that can do this?

This is not illegal because the employees are using my computers in my company. THINK!

I bought and tried Spectorsoft. It is pretty good. It was totally stealth. I am not sure about monitoring remotely, but my version is about 2 years old, and I am happy with it. It was inexpensive, and worked well.
