I tired to find these files manually by searching for the name it is system volume information and cannot be found. Is there any way to get rid of theses files? I also tried to defragment it 10 times already.

try moving the file to diffrent location and the defragmnt there or then bring to original location &then defragment it.

What's the problem??? Why do you care if there are unmovable files that can't be defragged??? If you have so much time on your hands that this becomes an issue, you should volunteer at some worthy charity....

Some of those files are not supposed to move.

umm yes otherwise the computer will crash immediately and will ruin the hard drive those files are for windows and that is why they cannot be moved otherwise xp will crash and it cannot copy files that are being used
