Every time i try to install a program i get this message,"Could not load the DLL library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEl 32.dll. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.". I am running windows ME. I don't have any money to spend. Any solution or any idea to what would cause this. I am pretty good with computers.

That is a critical system DLL. You have to reboot. If that doesn't work, reinstall windows. It will not wipe out your files or programs. It will fix the corrupted files.
