i want to know which files are the most compact files like
all i know is when i convert an AVI into an MP4, the file is smaller, and turning a FLAC into an MP3, the file is smaller too. i just want to know which file type makes other files smaller >_<

no restarting is not the same as rebooting
something happened to my friends computer. it froze so he shut it off. and when he tried to turn it on a blue screen came up then it shut off. now he can log on but nothing is on his computer. no icons exept the recycling bin. there are the games and other stuff but nothing he had before. i want my computer like that i want every thing off of it. like the way it was when i first got it. please help me.
i have restarted my computer before and that doesnt work

ok i accidently opened an exe file and opened it with windows media player. well all my files open with window media player that are in exe format. is there a way to undo this. PLEASE help me !!!!!!! i have windows vista home premium what are my options

Okay so I recorded me singing a song [[not a video]] so i can give it to a friend thru myspace. its a WAV. format and i dont know where I can upload it so I can give the URL of it or whatever to her!!

i have managed to download the dreamscene update in a .cab file
does anyone know what file in windows this file should be placed so as to enable vista dreamscene
as its a cab file i resume it will be somewere in system 32 but as i am not familiar with the vista set up i dont want to take any half chances
any ideas guys?

i need themes for longhorn but when ever i search for them i just see that the themes are for XP to make it look like vista and longhorn. but what i want is the real themes for longhorn because i have longhorn but it only comes with windows classic theme..
