Is there a real Copywrite protection software for DVDs anywhere? I keep finding these Programs that "say" They remove the copywrite protection from DVDs so I can copy them to my hard drive or make copies but they never work. Can anyone help me???!!!???!!!

I am having problems with me updated Windows Live Messenger. Anytime i log in, after about 30 secs, this error report thing comes up and even if i click send/dont send or if i ignore it, it still just closes off. It is really irritating to me, and i dont know what to do. I've turned off firewalls, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, i don't think that my windows messenger has any add-ons or patches. Please help. Thanks.

My Windows Installer is corrupted, it is preventing me from downloading anything, or even accessing anything that was downloaded on the computer before. Someone said that I needed to download a certain something to fix it, but I don't know what. But how can I download that when I can't even download anything to begin with?

I currently have Windows XP home edition and am interested in upgrading to Vista Home Basic. The best price I could find was for Windows Vista Home Basic OEM (full, not an upgrade). Will this version allow for an in-place upgrade? Do I HAVE to use an upgrade version to upgrade to Vista or will this OEM version work?

When I film a movie on my video camera the disk is smaller then regular dvd's. I want to turn these tiny dvd things into a regular sized dvd. preferably I want it done on the computer and without buying merchandis, on a windows or a mac with the tools the computer comes with. Please, I need help desperately I need to hand in a regular sized dvd to my teacher in two days!!!!!

Please don't tell me to simply install SP2, it crashes out my system and I have to safe boot and uninstall it to get my system to work again. If I could install it, I would have.

That said.

I have no choice it seems but to install SP2, but I seem to have to do a clean install in order to do so.

If you know how I can do this without wiping my hard drive, please tell me.

If not, do you know where I can find a checklist that will tell me where all my KEY files are hiding so that I don't lose them when I do wipe the hard drive?

i know you can buy the software and cable but i already have the cable that came with my SLVR and the ringtone maker im using says i have to use the software that came with my cable. And there was no software with my phone, and i really don't want to spend $50 on a disc just to transfer ringtones, plzz help
