For Anti-virus, try Grisoft's AVG free version. Available at the first link below.
For Anti-spyware, Go with the "get freebie" Advance Windows Personal Care at the second link.

Well you can get virus software on the internet just like go to a search box and type in virus cleaners of virus software and you can download it on your computer and it will clean your computer well i hope this helped you out okay bye

Try spybot search and destroy for spyware
