I am having problems with me updated Windows Live Messenger. Anytime i log in, after about 30 secs, this error report thing comes up and even if i click send/dont send or if i ignore it, it still just closes off. It is really irritating to me, and i dont know what to do. I've turned off firewalls, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, i don't think that my windows messenger has any add-ons or patches. Please help. Thanks.

It might be something with the registry get a registry cleaner it will fix any problems

I had this issue, but I think it was related to my multiple VPNs. I ended up uninstalling and installing the previous version (http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=msnm)

It might be the updated version, I know mine did that too, so I have a slightly older version now,

windows live messenger does that sometimes.
restart your computer and try again.
sometimes the connection is just bad.
