Why wouldn't it if it runs in windows xp it should run in vista

Most upgraded versions of software are backwardly mobile -- that is, Vista will open Office 2000 -- where Office 2000 cannot open Word 2003 or 2007.

i doubt it because vista has a completely different way of processing information. you would be better off buying the new office
