I have been trying to remove finale 2007 from my computer and reinstall it because it is not working correctly. I use the uninstall or change program option. It uninstalls but I need everything off. Because when I reinstall it It doesnt ask for serial or activation info. I believe this is the heart of the problem I am having with the program. I have also used a register cleaner "winutilities" to clean all regester information. Still cant get it to completely uninstall. There is an option in Finale that allows you to deathorize the computer, but it will not go through. How can I find and get rid of every componant of this program?

When I pull up 'Display' in the control panel and go to where I would change the picture on my desktop, I see pictures there that I deleted a long time ago, but I can still select them to make them my desktop picture. Is there anyway to get these pictures off this list? I want them gone, which is why I deleted them in the first place. I've tried right clicking, I've tried dragging them to the recycle bin, nothing works. Anyone have any other ideas?

I built an Excel sheet with a calendar object for changing dates in a cell. Works okay but when I save as a web page it no longer works. Need a way to change dates and recalc in a web environment.

When ever my girlfriend plugs in her ipod it says that it could not sync "is" or "js". Its hard to read. I think it might just be some weird song or video or something that we cant find at the min. but i was just wondering if anyone else had that happen? and how you delt with it

i have bought a set of travel usb cable that can be change to five types plugs from Nanotec.
i used it for Flash Disk, card reader, and digital camera. It works.
But when i plug with my travel harddisk, my computer appears, unknown device.
I checked my usb connection in Device Manager, the answer is the same " unknown Device" then the window asking for the driver software.
But the cable i buy, didn't includes driver software.
Can you tell me what wrong and how to solved it?

I have several speeches and the AUTHOR and NAME of speech are all on 1 line. I want to categorize it so that the name of the of the author is in AUTHOR and name of the speech is under NAME.

I tried right clicking and "Rename" to no avail (because the "AUTHOR's box is greyd out - it won't let me click in there)

I asked this question earlier..but didnt seem to find out how to do this...I got half way and then got stuck ...here it goes again

I am trying to clear out my desktop items in display properties. I just want the original desktop themes in there...I seem to have some of my pictures that i have saved in different files....I would appreciate step by step imfo if anymone can please help me i am running wins XP

Mine was Windows 98. I had the most fun, and got in the most trouble, on Windows 98. It seemed like the last "real/classic" Windows for just having fun. Windows 2000 was aimed for businesses and work... (most businesses still use it), and Windows XP seemed like a "joke release" just to buy Microsoft more time to work on their next REAL release... (which ended up being true). Vista is great. It really "feels" like a Windows that I can just hang-out on.

But yeah, 98's the most nostalgic and memorable for me.

(Windows 3.1 wasn't bad either...remember "Lemmings" and all those games for that? Hehe)
