when logging on itunes computer says cannot because has a problem with audio configuration?

I had this same problem yesterday, actually.

The simple fix is to simply reinstall Quicktime. Just uninstall it, download Quicktime only (not the version with iTunes, just quicktime) and install that. Should work fine after that.
