How do I use SUPER converter?! It''s so confusing! And I need to convert FLV files to video.

Open Super.
Under #1 at the top left, output container, click on the file format you want to convert the video to.
Leave everything else on default for now ... you can tweak later if you need to, as you learn more about the file formats and codecs.
Open the file folder where the video you want to convert is, and drag the file to the open box area towards the bottom.
Click on encode.
