how do I update my audio file names?

Question

I have several speeches and the AUTHOR and NAME of speech are all on 1 line. I want to categorize it so that the name of the of the author is in AUTHOR and name of the speech is under NAME.

I tried right clicking and "Rename" to no avail (because the "AUTHOR's box is greyd out - it won't let me click in there)
