Basically when I click on the itunes this message pops up about a fault in the audio configuration. Now I have gone to the audio option in my control panel and everything there is set to default. I dont know what else could have been changed within the 5 minutes that I had come out of itunes, although this started just after I had an upgrade to 7.1 of itunes-could they be linked? I'm soooo confused!

Every time I 'TRY' to watch a movie trailer, music clip or news broadcast on yahoo or AOL I keep getting that my broswer settings are wrong of there's and unexpected error or the timezone's wrong or the sun is in the wrong place.....; bref, its never works..... I've tried both of there help lines with no luck.... I have Real player, Quicktime, windows media player,VLC and itunes.... all recently updated.
My system is Mac OSX 10.3.0..... any body have any SIMPLE soutions..... because when one changes one thing something else don't work...ad infinitium. And if I keep adding new logcials to my old G3 its going to explode.

every time I start my computer I get a New Hardware Found pop-up. I have not installed any new hardware for at least six months now. I have tried everything I can think of and am quietly going insane. IT WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!!!! Any ideas please.

After reinstallation of my computer I have seen certain Video files (movies) in c:/userdata/mesdocuments folder. These files are not active. What can I do?

i uninstalled a program which had been in my comp for like 2 years. stupid as i am i decided to delete all its registries using regedit. There i found many folders which i thought belonged to the softwares i had uninstalled long ago and so i started deleting them and when i closed regedit, i didn't recognise my comp. On right clicking i couldn't see many options. i couldn't open any folder or start any software. so i decided to restart my comp. it now just stops on the welcome screen and freezes. is there any way i can make my comp start without reinstalling windows? please help? also if i have to reintall it, how can i retrieve my data on D and E drive cuz i know that c would be deleted. please help?

My PC was infected yesterdy by something called SpyDawn. It was suggested somewhere in Yahoo Answers that Lavasoft's Ad_ware SE Personal would remove it. I ran it as well as Spyware Doctor by PC-Tools and McAfee's Antivirus package. 'SpyDawn' has been removed but my problem is that an irritating FLASHING blue circular icon keeps appearing on my task bar everytime I restart my windowsXP. I can disable it ('Always Hide') but it comes back again when I re-start Windows. Can anyone help, please. How do I remove that small icon blue circle with a '?' always flashing from the task bar and not merely 'disable it' ? How d I remove it from my task bar and preferable from my PC altogether ?

Every time i try to delete the Limewire folder from my document i get this message ACCESS VIOLATION AR ADDRESS 65706D2E. READ OF ADDRESS 65706D2E and my system freeze as well as even if i just point the cursor to the folder in my documant to try to delete. it wont let me open it .
i deleted limewire from my system and still have this prob. the folder of limewire still in my document folder and still cant open it and delete it.i tried to delete it in safe mode but still no luck .

FROM A WEBSITE ON SFC: To protect your computer from old system files, Microsoft created a special service that is built into the operating system. This service monitors your system files, and if one is replaced or deleted, ICS will automatically restore the system file. SFC works in conjunction with a utility called Windows File Protection that keeps the system file cache: (%Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache) uppdated with the newest Microsoft Approved files as they are installed on your system. I prefer to use the system backup for the ability to roll back to a former configuration however. To manually invoke the system file checker, be sure you have administrative access then go to the command prompt and type: sfc /scannow The system will immediately begin to check all the current system files and restore the cached approved copies. You may be asked to insert the Windows CD as well during the restore. IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD SO THAT I DONT'T HAVE TO USE THE CD?

I am aware that a lot of people are asking this question. But the answers to their questions don't seem to apply to mine.

See, I have a 56K modem already set-up. As a matter of fact, I use this modem to connect to the internet. However, my mom sort of gave me the idea of using my PC as a phone.

I've already tried some solutions from Microsoft and other 3rd Party software, but somehow I don't get the results I need or promised by the software.

I'm using XP, and I tried using MS outlook to start a call. This resulted with me hearing the other end, but the other does not hear me.
Now, to my questions...
Is there a way to use my PC as a telephone?
Using windows, is there a way to do this with outlook or any stock software?
What FREE 3rd party software can you recommend as a solution to this problem?

I want to embed my computer id(unique id) in a MS excel worksheet.
Every time i open the worksheet the computer id should be validated and only then i should be able to use the worksheet. Also this worksheet should not open in any other computer with a different computer id. How can i do this?
