How do i embed my computer ID in a MS excel spreadsheet and validate the same while using the spreadsheet?

I want to embed my computer id(unique id) in a MS excel worksheet.
Every time i open the worksheet the computer id should be validated and only then i should be able to use the worksheet. Also this worksheet should not open in any other computer with a different computer id. How can i do this?

Excel has a feature for this. Its called password protection.
