When I re-install my operating system, .Will my uploaded files still be on the Internet when I re-install eSnips and use the same password?

Sure, it's still will be there. only what's in your computer, will be gone. What you uploaded at e-Snip will still be at e-Snip's server, not in your computer.

If the files are stored on the websites own server rather then your own hard drive, then yes, when you re-install your operating system the files should still be there and can be accessed with the same password. This is so because re-installing an operating system only erases information stored locally on your computer, while passwords for websites and content that has been uploaded to websites is stored on hard drives owned by the website and backed up by the website. Unless the files you are talking about are actually stored on your computer and eSnips is just a program that arranges everything nicely for you, nothing will be lost when you re-install your operating system.

If the files have been uploaded to a server on the internet, then yes your files will still be there under the same account used to upload them. Reformatting only destroys the data on your computer.

Yes. Formatting your hard drive only removes files on your local computer, not ones that you've uploaded to remote servers.
