Every time i try to delete the Limewire folder from my document i get this message ACCESS VIOLATION AR ADDRESS 65706D2E. READ OF ADDRESS 65706D2E and my system freeze as well as even if i just point the cursor to the folder in my documant to try to delete. it wont let me open it .
i deleted limewire from my system and still have this prob. the folder of limewire still in my document folder and still cant open it and delete it.i tried to delete it in safe mode but still no luck .

Try spybot, limewire has tons of adware and spyware included in the download. Any spyware remover will recognize this software as spyware and hopefully remove it for you.....

Hi! Try opening My computer, local disk C, program files, find the limewire folder, open it and delete everything inside and the folder itseft last, close everything and reboot.
The other solution is to remove it from control panel add/remove programs.

there may be som unfinished downloads in there .. that happens sometimes ... u may need to delete it from dos... or, sometimes just finishing up the download will unlock it .. it may not be the problem but ive had similar problems downloading things before, usually with larger files like videos ..
