Can anyone give me a few instructions how to make a Word document look like a newspaper, for my english project? Like how to setup the text and pictures and things. Answers are very much appreciated. Thanks guys.

I just got a new computer and when I open Microsoft Outlook, it says:The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
It says this even though I'm connected. No, the connection is not loose.
I don't really want it for the e-mail, just for the scheduling stuff. Can someone tell me what's wrong or tell me another scheduling program?

when i download it it says succesfully downloaded on top animation and then it says wait one or two minutes to download. it takes forever for the two minutes to be completed so anyone out ther can help me it would be good for me and for them

I have a lot of mono mp3 audio tracks, I could play them fine with my WMP 8, I bought this MP3/Video player that compatible with WMP 10. I installed the player, somehow it plays all the mono mp3 tracks at fast speed. Any clues on what's the problem and how to fix it?

I got this adapter from a friend but he didnt have the software for it, when i plug it in my computer says it cant find the files needed to download it , i was wondering if there is a place i can go to online to download it
please dont tell me to just google it because i already did and it didnt work

I'm a multimedia professional, with a background in film and video production. I work at a quasi ad agency, b2b communications firm, and have been here 7 years.

Every year I try and get my salary bumped up to competetive rates, with incremental, but not substantial luck.

The main issue is I do so many things; shoot video (HD, MiniDV, Beta), sound production, lighting, editing (final cut pro), dvd authoring, Flash, After Effects, Photoshop, a/v support, web, tv, dvd, cd multimedia formatting, and the list goes on.

My question is: is there anyone else out there that does the jack of all trades multimedia type work? and how do you figure out your salary?

I know a Flash developer gets X$

Video editor gets X$

DVD authoring pros get X$

CD Rom/Director pros get X$

But what if you do them all? How can you make them give you what's fair?

So you know when you go to open a file from, say, Excel (although it happens in all programs), Windows brings up a screen that lets you brose for the file you want...

Well on mine, the files that are displayed are in reverse alphabetical order, and I cannot figure out how to get them back to regular...

Any ideas?

NOTE: I am NOT talking about windows explorer... I'm talking about the Open / Save / etc dialogues..

...and where do I download it from.

I keep getting redirected whenever I'm using a search page. For example I'll search something on yahoo or google, and when I click on the link I want to read I get sent to some other page. I see at the top where it says jump, and then redirect, and then I'm at some other page. I want to stop that from happening...any help is welcome.
