How do I get the Favorite Tab back???

you still have it, its just in the form of a little yellow star on the top left under the back button

Your Favorites are still there. It is the gold star under the left back arrow. The new IE7 definetly has a new look and feel. I did not like the new Menu Bar. So I looked around and found a tweak that would bring back my File>Edit>.......buttons. It works great.

if you want to see them like IE 6;
right-click on the bar that your browser tabs are.
but not on the tabs.
then select first " Menu Bar " and then you can see favorites menu same as IE6
