photo program?

i would like to create a cd of a ton of pictures

i would like to add transitions and a description to each pic and do some cool things and then put it on a cd i can watch on tv is this possible if so what program do i need?

Roxio has a great program for only 29.99, although I bet you could download it on bittorrent.

Yes, you can do this with Roxio or Nero, but I suggest instead of just making a CD, make a DVD if you have a burner installed. They have so many settings and things you can do to make nice slide show. You can even add music if you wish. Good luck.
