Its probably an ad, they look deceiving. Ignore it and run some adware program and you should be good to go. If it is legit, do the previous and get some more memory for your computer make sure its the right one. Check with your local retailer

Your out of hard drive space, virtual memory is created on the hard drive.

increase it, right click on My Computer > Advanced > in the Performance frame, click Settings, >go to Advanced tab and click Change. then select a drive and set Initial and Maximum size, then click Set and Apply.

go to my computer click "system info" which is on the sidebar ...click performance, advanced, settings, advanced and then in the box with "virtual memory" you can change that

Add more ram to your computer, go to crucial and install their systemscanner tool, it scans your system and tells you how much ram you can install and how much you have installed. Lets you purchase the memory right there, super easy to do.

it means your low on memory and you have too many things open on the taskbar
