Well, will it? if both my upload and download speeds are set to unlimited, and i see that for a torrent my upload is at 44kb/s and my download is only 16kb/s, is it possible that if the upload was slower that my 16kb/s would go higher?

I bought Legato carpet tiles. I went to the Legato website to get directions on how to install them. It is a PDF adobe file. I clicked it. The screen came up blank. I did this 4 times and always it is blank. I turned off the pop up blocker and it is still blank....I am ready to install carpet...please help.

Well pretty simple. I need a good, effective FREE anti-spyware program. It can be packaged with anit-virus or what ever but it needs to be good and free. Oh and please no free trials, or shareware, only freeware.

I scanned some images today and when I went to open them with GIMP, they were horribly distorted. I spent an hour trying to scan again and get them right, but time after time they came out distorted. I opened them in paint, they're perfect. I open them in ARC, distorted. Windows picture, perfect,

If I zoom in, half the zooms are perfect, the other half it's distorted all over again.

Now, the image is quite large, but even if I scale it, it comes out distorted.

What can I do?

I recorded a music video from a website, but the program I used didn't record the sound that came with it. I can record the sound separately, so how do I get both files to become one? Can I add a short delay to the sound file?

My GSM phone encodes in video in 3GP format, which isn't recognised by Windows Movie Maker.

I just want to rotate the videos - nothing fancy: is there a simple Windows software tool that will let me do this?

If not does anyone have any recommendations for software that converts 3GP to more standard formats like mpeg3 or avi that most video editing software will recognise?
