Capture image from MS Access?

How do I capture an image of a table from MS Acess to my hard drive and then to html file?

If you just want an image (screen shot) of one window of your file:

open the file
press the Print Screen button - to the right of F12
this will send a picture of the screen to the clipboard
open a Word document
right-click, and paste

voila!
