Through Software ?

Whenever I try accessing windows task manager by hitting 'cntrl, alt & del' I always get an error. An error report is always created which i always send to Microsoft.

Does anyone know of any reasoning to why this may be happeneing? also any information on how i can solve this little problem?

I've downloaded BitComet 0.81 (latest version) and 0.70 (old version, but supposed to be the most stable version), both installers do not run after I clicked on them.

They appear as Processes in task manager, but when I want to 'End Process' the Bitcomet installation program, it does not go away either.

I have downloaded Process Monitor to see what's the problem but I don't know how to deicpher the data.

Help will be very much appreciated.

The other day I had AOL and Firefox open, waiting to buy some concert tickets, and I was refreshing them both every few seconds.
After a while, the tickets became available through the AOL browser, but Firefox was still showing them as unavailable, until about 30 secs later when it showed them as available.
This was the exact same web address.
What's going on ?

i am new to computers,and i have downloaded a film ,but it takes me 3 hours to burn on nero vision,can any 1 explain a quicker way to burn films using nero?i need plenty of detail as i am new to all this,many thanks

Ok I got this new notebook and it has some problem
The windows vista OS on it is faulty and i cant fix it (i re-installed it to no avail)
Even the tech support of both vista and compaq said i should take it back to get it sorted

Now, I am in korea and the vista is in korean (not a problem)
My question is this:
I would prefer to have my OS in english so can i ..
a) Buy a pirate cd and install it on that notebook and thereby replacing the faulty version on it
b) download windows from a torrentsite on another computer and put it on a usb flashdrive and then putting that flashdrive into the new computer and installing it that way?

Here's the catch though:
Because of the faulty windows on the new notebook, I can only use it in safe mode
So can I install new OS on it in safe mode?

FYI I know its illegal and immoral to use pirate software but I paid for the legal version on the new notebook but it's faulty....so I am hardly stealing

I'm trying to make a spreadsheet that ties to a data entry worksheet. I would like this particular cell to only pull the most recent data entered(a cell in the the last entered row). Does anyone know of a way to do that? Thanks

I was wondering if some people could post up a few other suggestions in what other programs should I add that are freeware.... I own several copies of operating systems such as win98, XP pro, 2000, and 2003 server. How can I get all these onto one DVD so when it boots, you just select the one you want to install? and also i want to use with norton ghost.
