I have done a registry booster to see how many problems there are and theres like 205!!! I can't afford to buy the booster so does any one no a way to get rid of the problems yourself?

I am going to be building a computer and will need windows installed. Should I just buy one at the store or is there a way to download one? I am currently using a pent III with ME, if I need to use this one to retreive it to install on the new one which will be a pent IV.

I recently saw a video on youtube where the creator of the video had one clip fading into another clip, which i know how to do. But he had the clip fading into stay in that stage the entire time the second clip was playing. If anyone's confused here's what i mean in literal terms:

he showed this clip of a girl looking at the viewer oddly, and then it started to fade into a clip of a boy. But, the entire time they were showing the clip of the boy, the faded girl was on the screen- but sort of faded away.

I make vids using wmm too, but i couldnt believe it when i saw that. I dont know if maybe its a new specialty of vista, or the maker just had incredible skill? If anyone could help me in identifying what this is, that be awesome. And, if so, could someone tell me how to utilize this thing? If worse comes to worst i'll just ask the guy in the comment or message him. Thanks in advance.

I have been considering that when I buy my next computer if I should choose a Mac Leopard instead of Vista. I know Mac's are more multimedia associated while PC's are more game associated. I spend a lot of time on Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe software and plan to be going into the graphic design field, but on the other hand I spend the same amount of time, if not more on games and the internet. But what appeals more to me about the Mac is just the sense of having something that is not so common heh. What's everyone else's opinion based on my computer needs and your experiences?

Ok well i dont know how to explain it properly but i'll try..
Ok on microsoft excel theres the columns (A, B, C etc), and i need to type some info in a cell... but it doesnt fit in the one cell because its so long, so it stretches to other columns... but then when i print it it will go off the page, so i want to make the rows longer so the info goes vertically instead of horizontally. How do i do this?? Thanks so much, sorry if this is a bit confusing ...

Here is what is happening. I had trouble for about 4 weeks now with my computer, I reinstalled windows 2 times, and this time I got to the 2 newest updates, and I can't get them. I go to Microsoft Update, and it loads. I hit custom (Or express). It loads saying theres 2, but I want to download the WMP11 like I had before, but when I hit software button, instead of showing the 10 software updates, it loads the home page inside the update window...like it just restarted...then, it freezes and IE has to be shut down.

So, how do I fix this?
