What is a good network keystroke/IM monitor that i could download a free trial of? Or even buy?

I need to use at my home network. That way i can watch if my kids are doing inapropriate things, or talking to strangers on the internet. Thanks.

I guess what you need is KEY LOGGER and a SPY MONITOR and that you can be able to connect from your work right ??/
