I'm not sure if you can create Myspace icons with Photobucket.com. But you can search for icons on Photobucket and put them on your Myspace.
Now I think you can make icons at www.iconator.com. I think.

Well you can upload it onto photobucket.com and use the code thing to paste it onto your profile.
