how that files are so small, as average mp3 files are 5-6 mb in size, is there any software to reduce its file size???

i have downloaded a film ,but took me 3hrs to copy it to disk by nero.some 1 told me to use d.v.d shrink,have tryed to add files but will not let me,any1 can tell me how to use it,i am new to all this,not sure if i got to do somethink with nero first then add it to d.v.d shrink?i am going crazy here,or does any 1 tell me a better way to do it,many thanks

i got a 4 hr capable rw dvd, does anyone know of any software that can burn a 4+ hr video (wmv avi mpeg to dvd?) roxio has nothing! i got avs video converter but when i convert, it cuts the sound out of the finished video!

i have lots of photos stored on my p.c using up a lot of space.

i need to burn them off to disc's

what size disc's do u recomend ??

the last ones i bought as a pack said - CD-R80 52X - ON THE PACK ( up to 52 x multi speed 80 min/700 MB )


how do i find out on the pack - how many pics it will store - like an album etc ???

I've been using it for months and have successfully downloaded quite a lot of files but I want to maximize it's features and speed.. I have Azureus 2.5.0.2 and it doesn't want to update to the latest version. It keeps on hanging when I restart it. When I try to check the settings, it often hangs up and I have to close it. What do I do? Exactly.

Sometimes my computer will freeze and I cannot turn it off and have to turn it off by the plug. Can anyone please tell me how to turn it off with the keys or how to unfreeze it.

Also sometimes when I use real player the image stays on the screen and cant get rid of it and when I use other programmes and close them down the image of them is left in its place. It wont let me close the window because there is no "X" there. Then when I shut down the computer it says close open window,

i converted them with total video converter and then tried to burn them with total video converter and it said the dvd disk i put in would only allow for 342 mb of film!!!!! the disk is fine and should easily hold at least 4000 mb. the film was split into 3 seperate files , 942mb, 942mb, and 636mb . i also tried to burn them with nero and it wouldnt let me use the files because they were not (VOB) files???? what does this mean?? must i change these dvd files into somthing else again???? please help!!!!!!

I'm a little bit familiar with computers, but certainly not a computer wiz. Out of desperation for quickness, I recently bought an HP Laptop with programs already installed. But it has two seperate partitions, and one of them is used for "back-up files". I have my own copy of Windows XP Professional, so I can easily "fix" the computer if it dies. And my important files are already backed up on a different machine.

So I want to format the other partition, and then combine it with the first, but I really don't want to format the first one. Is this possible?

hi there, i have lost the plot, how do i get all the icons such as word wrap, b i u, cut and paste, ect ect back in the task bar.
and also when trying to write a paragraph and manualy moving the cursor it disapears (help)should i be doing this in some kind of auto?
and if i try to cut and paste, if i black a paragraph out, i can not put the cursor to where i want it.

or any other mp4 players. There is an error message saying"moov atom are missing". How do u get the missing moov atoms. I don't want to delete this file because it took me several hours to downlaod it.Is there any way to play this mp4 files. Vlc media player also doesn't work.How do i fix this problem?
