there is no file size opposite some programs in MB, plus i cant install abode player so im not hearing any audio from videos, and also it wont let me remove certain programs like flight simulator game

I have lots of dvd's but I want to back them up in case anything happens to them. But when I put them in my computer, I can't do anything with the files. What's the easiest way to make a copy of a dvd? Is there a software program that can help me with this?

I want to copy some movies on DVD for keeping. but when I try to copy it on the DVD drive for burning , it says the computer encounter problem in transferring files and so I can't copy the file . can you please tell me what do i have to do to correct the problem ?

when i start my computer, a pop up message said that the file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\l3cod" cannot be found and ask me to check, what does it mean?? i just press OK and can still run my computer now, but how can i solve the problem as the message pop up everytime i start my computer?? Pls help...
