Which software do BBC Radio 1 use?

Do Radio 1 use any software (I mean anything - SMS/Call receiving, song playing, etc.) which is available to buy? Or has it all been made especially for them?

Most radio stations within the UK use software like RCS Selector (to schedule the songs); there are three or four main playout packages (which play the songs), though some stations still prefer to play CDs (like Capital Radio, for example).
