there is no file size opposite some programs in MB, plus i cant install abode player so im not hearing any audio from videos, and also it wont let me remove certain programs like flight simulator game

If add & remove will not remove your unwanted programmes.
Click start, click my computer, open program files then delete the folder that which contains your unwanted programme.

Most programs have their own uninstall function so see if that is there for your flight simulator. I dont know why some programs dont show their size in MB but you can find that out by selecting it from the Program Files menu. I dont have adobe player so cant answer that. Cant you use Windows Media Player?
