When I tried to download a program, I have to option to run it or save it and when I tried to save it, nothing happens. What's the problem? I'm trying to to install Itunes and Limewire.

You should never save the file to your hard drive. Run the program from the Internet.

Alot of programs are having trouble adapting to windows vista. Nothing out of the ordinary though just give it some time.
you could also take a look at the link below or google vista compatability issues, limewire, iTunes.

there should be tweaks available to assist with Vista speeds to some small degree, yet be careful - in case you do not learn about pcs do not attempt tweaks. Vista is universal to be sluggish extremely on structures that do not have adequate RAM. I had a chum that had Vista flow so sluggish it purely would not run because he did not have adequate RAM. He ended up paying for XP and setting up it extremely.
