only if you have a windows system, that above a certain level.

If you have a Mac, or a Linux or unix box, you can't.

They did have a browser for the Mac, IE 5.23 I think was the latest version, but they have withdrawn support for it and do not recommend installing it any more.

IE is always free, but you must pay for program to boot your computer, called Windows. After installing latest IE7, you will see that you have new font when browsing internet.

Newer versions of Internet Explorer are free as long as you have an authentic copy of Windows.

yes you can down load the from the Microsoft.com site but IE -7 requires your windows registration authentication on the net it reads you key and says weather it s genuine or not if it is genuine it install or it will not install.
