VOB is the file extention of a normal DVD you may need to convert them again.

I use VSO convertXtoDVD (there is a free version)
Then I convert the finished files to an iso file using DVD Shrink (free)

Then I burn them using DVD Decrypter. (Also Free)

Never had a failure yet
