I did my resume on microsoft word, but now I see arrows everywhere I put a tab. When it prints there is now problem but I need to email it so can someone please let this computer illiterate how to fix this. Thank you all in advance.

I want to create an IF/THEN formula where I have four columns, the first one has either a Y or a N. The next two have dollar values and if there is a Y in the first column, I want the fourth column to display the difference between the two. (3rd - 2nd). If there is a N in the first column, I want the fourth column to display either a 0 or nothing. Everything I try to put in says error can anyone help?

here is what I have that it's not accepting: =IF(G2=Y),[H2-E2],[0]

My DVD player plays Divx, Mpeg4 etc (brand new LG player)... I've been trying to convert some avi files that will play. I used DivX converter (official Mac) and the sound doesn't work. I used ISquint (Optimized for TV) and it created MP4(?) and not Mpeg4 files? There is an option for H.262 Encoding? Questions::: What is the difference between Mpeg4 and MP4 files? What Mac converter can I use that will just output standard files that will work? Why won't the dvd player play mp4 files but it WILL play standard MPG's???

I'm looking for software that I can put my bank account info into, write checks, account for employees hours and do payroll. Anyone have any ideas? I need it to be fairly cheap, or something I can just download off the internet for free.

I have a PC running Windows XP, but I also use iTunes to play music through, and for my iPod. However, I decided to put some new CDs on the PC, copied them over just from the disk to a folder in my music (named, if anyone is interested, which i'm sure they're not 'I'm bored of all the other music on my computer'). So, I went to iTunes, tried to 'add folder' -- it acts as though it's done it, but the music isn't there. I tried adding a single file, won't do that either. If I try right click/open file/open with/iTunes, it opens, but doesn't play or add the file.

Anyone got any idea what the flippery is going on? I wanna listen to my new music! :(

I do not really like photoshop. I had one that had really neat effects. I could scribble and turn it into a really neat kalidescope with the one effect. It seems like Photoshop, cornell have a monopoly on it.
