I do not really like photoshop. I had one that had really neat effects. I could scribble and turn it into a really neat kalidescope with the one effect. It seems like Photoshop, cornell have a monopoly on it.

I wanted something that is more a paint program with a lot of effects than the photoshop

For the same type as PaintBrush, Please use Paint Shop Pro 5.
