Ok, guys, I need your help! Everytime I close IE or some application I get this error message saying " The instruction at 0x623490 referenced at memory 0x62304390 could not be opened or click ok to termintate" Something like that. How can I make it stop?

My company used to use Adobe Exchange (with Adobe Acrobat 3.0). Now that we have professional 7.0, does it have the features of editing (like link management) that Exchange 3.0 had or do I need to buy an Adobe Exchange 7.0?

Microsoft was dudting off all the old 97 word users and some bootleg well i bought my computer through ebay and i didn't know the guy
had made bootleg copies well i was hammered by the huricaine a couple of yrs ago and my disks and such were under a collapsed roof well Dell sent me recovery disks but I did not recover word now even microsoft varifies my authenticity but still I cannot recover word any suggestions it is really frustrating.

I guess there's some kind of virus on my computer that wont let me delete it because whenever I run any kind of virus scan my computer turns off in the middle of it. I've tried Norton Virus scan and Mcafee virus scan and it does it with both.
