Adobe Acrobat 7.0 have all features of Adobe Exchange?

Question

My company used to use Adobe Exchange (with Adobe Acrobat 3.0). Now that we have professional 7.0, does it have the features of editing (like link management) that Exchange 3.0 had or do I need to buy an Adobe Exchange 7.0?
