Error message!!?

Ok, guys, I need your help! Everytime I close IE or some application I get this error message saying " The instruction at 0x623490 referenced at memory 0x62304390 could not be opened or click ok to termintate" Something like that. How can I make it stop?

You might want to check your RAM for errors...use MemTest86 (burn it to a CD or floppy disk and then boot to that disk):
