Everytime i quit a game (after playing a game on fullscreen) on my pc, my system tray/ taskbar goes missing, when i click the windows start button on my keyboard that comes up but the tray does not come back on the screen anymore, so i have to re log in to my computer. Is there something wrong with my pc or can i bring my tray back up without re logging in?

Last night I installed some microsoft updates and my computer froze. I turned it off and then back on and I am given the BIOS setup or network boot option. Then the next screen have a cursor in the top left ocrner flashing and nothing else happens. I don;t know if there is anything I can do because I cannot progress any further?

Im going through a nightmare, My old laptop had some kind of problem then i took it to get repaired and they told me they fixed it but i need to reinstall windows because i cant get online so i did that and then tried to get on MSN and the installation wizard dosent work right after i sign the agreement. I went out and bought a brand new computer with vista and i cant get online there either, both wont work and ive called msn and they said they would send a cd out and never did, i havent got it yet. they also set me up with a temporary connection yet it stopped working, how do i get this fixed, i cant get online, i need to get online under these computers, rightnow im on a crappy old one with virususes and none of the features i need.

when daylite saving time occured my computer didn't automaticially change the time. when i go in a manually change the time, hit OK, then Apply. It will work for that day and the next day. then it will go back to the time before daylite savings.

for example: the computer says it 4:58 am but the time is actually 5:58 am

everytime my computer starts it gives me this message "DMI event log full" i went to the administrative tools the to event viewers and cleared the field for application ,security, and system and yet the same message is appearing on the start up? what can be the cause?

I had Win Me, i placed a photo in the root folder of one of my drives like "F:\" then i upgraded to Win Xp, but now i can't remove the photo that found in the root folder of my Drive.
the photo is in the background of the drive, that is to say it is in the behind of the icons of that folder.

Please explain step by step.

Whenever I search for anything, like in google or yahoo or msn, there is a list that comes up of anything that I have typed anytime in the last 6 months, since I got my new computer. Is there any way to get rid of that because it is annoying because there are things that I search for about 3 months ago with a school project and stuff like that.
