I had Win Me, i placed a photo in the root folder of one of my drives like "F:\" then i upgraded to Win Xp, but now i can't remove the photo that found in the root folder of my Drive.
the photo is in the background of the drive, that is to say it is in the behind of the icons of that folder.

Go to Tools > Folder Options > Enable viewing hidden files, and untick the Hide protected operating system files. Just click Yes then. The image may be shown in a folder named Folder Settings. You can try to delete or change it there.
