what does DVD-Dual drive DVD+/-RW mean? please help cuz i want to make sure i can burn cds with that

It means that the DVD-Dual Drive have both the capabilities of a DVD-R/RW and a DVD+R/RW (both fomat can write/burn dvds).

It means it can write all CDs and DVDs as well as it can also read all CDs and DVDs. But it is better to ask the seller while buying your DVD Drive.

Yes you can. That means you can use DVDs and burn DVD-RW and also CDs. Usually DVD burners can burn CDS also.

this can read cd as well as dvd.
and can write only cds, rewritable or any other.
but it cant write dvds.
