when i am receiving some picture message in out look express it is appearing over size and i cant print also?

Open the picture itself (attachment) if it's still too big save it in "my Pictures" folder and then mail it back to yourself ...when the little box comes up to ask you to re-size your picture choose make my picture smaller.

Are you able to open file/s? if you can open then right click on picture there will be option open with click there then open with help of paint and save it to another folder by doing this u will decrease folder size by 1/3. Spartan
