I keep getting an error that says there are no active mixer devices availible
my windows disks aren't helping.

im trying to formatt my C drive so its blank. i want to get rid of windows on it. however, when i go to formatt it, it says that its in use (which makes sense). how can i boot up windows to reformatt the C drive?

I have an iMac with 10.4 (most updated) and want to type in Hindi. (Actually a dialect of it, Gujarati). In my font book, it has it, but I can't type it. I looked in Systm Pre.>International and it had it. But how do I type it?

I'm sure you've herd this story before. I had to re-format and now things aren't working :(
I'm using windows XP
in my device manager is says my PCI device is missing the driver
location : PCI bus 0, device 27, function 0
device status:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
any help would be great.

This is what it says:

When I download from Limewire it goes to a Limewire folder. How do I take that file (song) and save it on a folder that I want. I want to scan it before I transfer the file to another computer. I'm not that savvy so go sl sl sl slow.

I have a dvd/cd that contains a video that i want to put on myspace (using either, youtube, photobucket, or something like that.) However, it will not upload properly when I try. Is there a way I can convert my dvd file into a compatiable file that will allow me to upload my vid?

I went to Europe 2 years ago and Took tons of pictures. I lost one of my HUGE picture folders somehow, but no big deal. I have the original disk that I got them off of. The only problem is that I don't remember how I got them off the disk and on to my hard drive. The cd allows me to view the photo, but I can't actually get it off so I can edit, e-mail them etc. It is so frustrating! Can anyone help me?! Thanks!

So far I've been able to compress it to 18 MB, but for some reason, it's not going through the mail even if the limit's 20 MB. Not to mention it took forever to attatch the file in the email only to find out it's not possible.

Is there any other way I can compress the file to a smaller size? I have WinZip and WinRar, but so far the smallest I've gotten is 18 MB. Or are there any SIMPLE alternatives for uploading files online so other people can download it for free?
