do a google search for "forgot admin password" there will be several liks for program that you'll download to the computer that will read all microsoft passwords on the system. another option is do a search on your sytem including all files and folders for any program with the extension call PWL. do the search like this *.PWL. once you find the files, delete them and reboot the system the passwords will be cleared.

Yeouch.
There are a few websites that have password clearing software that you can buy and there are a few that offer them freeware.
If you are fairly computer savvy, you could look up Hiren's boot cd. This is a bootable image of a cd that has a bunch of different utilities. 4 of which are different password recovery programs.
The menu and process of using it is fairly intuitive, you should have no problem if you have ever installed windows by yourself.
