Im going through a nightmare, My old laptop had some kind of problem then i took it to get repaired and they told me they fixed it but i need to reinstall windows because i cant get online so i did that and then tried to get on MSN and the installation wizard dosent work right after i sign the agreement. I went out and bought a brand new computer with vista and i cant get online there either, both wont work and ive called msn and they said they would send a cd out and never did, i havent got it yet. they also set me up with a temporary connection yet it stopped working, how do i get this fixed, i cant get online, i need to get online under these computers, rightnow im on a crappy old one with virususes and none of the features i need.

this is most likely because your copy of windows is not genuine,microsoft is doing all they can these days to make ppl who don have genuine software of theirs lives miserable,wat u can do is use a p2p software to get the program u want,but try looking for a cracked(be careful) one or if u don want to do dis get a new copy of windows or just reformat ur drive,because it may also be a virus problem.About the internet part you have to set up a connection using internet explorer.go to tools,internet options,connections,setup.here u set up the connection most resembling the one u think u have,be sure to install the modem driver if u need to and try contacting ur internet provider for customer care.hope this helped
