Lets see. If you leave two spaces it looks like this. If you leave one it looks like this. Does it really matter at all? The correct answer is two but then again you should chew your food twenty times before swallowing. I'm sure no one will pick up the difference or care that much even if they do......Unless they work at your company by the sound of it.
Oh and Jessie is lying I just cut and pasted her comment and there is only one space after her full stop at the moment.

It used to be 2 spaces but RSA and Pitmans changed it to 1 when wordprosessing.
However I agree with you, I prefer 2.

hi Louise, If extra than a number of of them are of pensionable age, which they are, they should not be eligible to pay the mattress room Tax. I agree that this may be a stupid tax and jogs my memory of the 'Window Tax' some centuries in the past. regrettably i'm specific that the government will the two detect a thank you to make pensioners pay the mattress room Tax or usher in yet another tax to make pensioners pay. In formal letters or documents, in an office environment, it's two spaces. In publishing, it's one space.
