What free program can I download to change I guess the format of size and height of my video. I downloaded a video and it's so wide and short and I want to change to full screen without changing the content so I can watch better. Anyone got a clue cause I don't.

Is there an easy way to stop my keyboard from collecting dust? Is there a cover i can put over it? I've tried wipes, and sprays, so no please don't suggest that.

I just got a new laptop a few days ago, and it's running Windows Vista Basic. I just tried to open Word for the first time today, and it says it requires a product key. I clicked cancel or whatever, and it said I had 25 days of use before a product key would be required. I thought Microsoft Word was a defualt program on Windows...
Do you now have to pay for it?

I filed a dispute for two auctions I won from the same seller and never got either. The seller is no longer a registered member of ebay now. Can ebay still get ahold of them through an email address? It's been 5 days since I filed the dispute and have not heard anything. Should I send a 5th email to the seller demanding my money back or wait the full 10 days to see what ebay is going to do? I paid by money order.

ok so i did a speed test and found out my cable connection is at about 4,000 kb/s

ok, so then why when i click on a file to download, the highest i ever get is 500 kb/s? if my connection is 4,000, shouldn't i be able to download at 4,000? does it just depend where i'm downloading from?

if i'm only able to download 500 kb/s, what good does that other 3,500 kb/s do me?

Anyone out there still using xp service pack 1 or 1a? Becuase i was at my buddys house and he was going show me somthin on his pc. He booted it up and the xp boot screen said the name of the version (which is only when you have sp1, with sp2 it just says windows xp) and i found it kind of funny. he told me they dont have any kind of internet at all so he couldnt download sp2 cause its like 60mb.no internet at all is hard for me to believe since i have 5 pcs all networked on a 6MB+ internet connection.

so anyone still have it

It seems all the emails I send out are not making it to the people I sent them to. It says sending mail on the bottom of the screen and I can recieve mail just fine, but people aren't getting anything from me. Any one have any ideas?

I won an item on Ebay 2 weeks ago. I paid for the item right away. It has now been 2 weeks and I still have not received my purchase. When I contacted the seller, she stated that there was a mix up at the wharehouse and she is still waiting for her sales rep. to get back to her. Is this normal for EBAY sellers to auction items off that they do not even have in hand? I have since found a similiar item that I can receive with 2days. Is it too soon to ask for a refund? Can i ask for a refund? Any suggestions will help...Thanks

I just got the new computer hooked up, it's a Windows Vista. And I have a problem with the speakers. No sound comes out, even when I turn them on and fool around with the volume. I am sure I have them connected to the right places. The speakers are something called acer. There are two speakers connected with a wire to eachother then only off ONE speaker there are two more wires coming out. One that hooks into the computer and the other one is supposed to be a USB. I don't know what to do. And please don't just say 'you shouldn't have bought a windows vista' or something stupid like that.
